A
60-degree double-edged cutting edge is used to create lines (fillers) of the
engraving and determines the overall appearance of the engraving and the
slope of the diamond fischale
shape. One row of cutting edge is guided in a previously created line while
the other row cuts a new line. The tool removes the material very well in
both directions of cut. Thanks to its deep teeth, it does not over-entate.
The LPI value determines the number of lines the tool creates per inch
(25.4mm). The acronym is based on the number of lines per inch.
